Customers / Channel Partners - Contact your company's MEAU website administrator

Each customer/channel partner was supplied a "master" login ID and password to the Mitsubishi Electric Automation website.  From the master codes, the company's designated "Mitsubishi website administrator" could then set-up others within their company thus allowing each company to manage the security levels of their employees.  For this reason, if you forget your login ID or password, you need to contact your company's designated Mitsubishi website administrator
