The Vernon Hills Illinois facility features a state-of the-art Repair Center for all non-obsolete equipment made since 1975. All repairs include thorough testing, repair and calibration. Revision upwards of hardware and software is also maintained to enable our customers to utilize the latest technology available for their equipment.

The Repair Center is continuously upgraded to improve productivity and decrease the turnaround time. Enhancements include ultrasonic cleaning facilities, and drying ovens that reduce the clean time. Mobile test stands increase the work space and productivity output. Each component submitted for repair is provided with bar-coded identification and entered into a tracking system that records repair history. The resulting information enables us to more quickly diagnose problems with similar parts and improve repair turnaround time.

Like our field service personnel, the Repair Center staff members are fully trained in all aspects of Mitsubishi product lines and the functionality of hardware and software. Additional factory training is also provided to insure that engineers are fully conversant with all equipment and current technical requirements.
