Mitsubishi Electric Automation Inc. reserves the right to cancel, change, or modify any class. Registrants will be notified of any changes at least one week in advance.
Typical class size is a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 10 students. Less than 4 students signed up for a class may result in a class being rescheduled. There are some exceptions, such as robot training, which is for a smaller group based on hardware availability.
Hardware is typically assigned one workstation and one PC per 2 students.
Students wishing to cancel their confirmed training must let MEAU know as early as possible. Cancellation is accepted based on the following criteria:
More than 3 weeks prior to start of class – no charge
- Less than 3 weeks – 25% charge
- Less than 2 weeks – 50% charge
- No shows will be billed full price
Billing will be conducted on the first day of the training class.
In order to facilitate preparation for classes, remote location classes will be locked 2 weeks before the starting date, blocking any further registrations. In order to avoid being locked out, registrations should take place as early as possible.
Customers can also pay their local distributor directly for the training classes offered by Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. To do this, the customer should write their purchase order payable to their distributor, and the distributor will issue a purchase order to Mitsubishi for payment of the class.
